In this role you will interview clients, plan individualized programs, provide crisis intervention, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care, using clinical judgment and compassion.

Qualifications

• 24 years of experience in social work or related field.
• Strong knowledge of standard social work concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to think critically, act compassionately, and manage multiple priorities.
• Confidence in crisis intervention and family support.

Responsibilities

• Interview clients and families to assess social and emotional needs.
• Coordinate and plan individualized programs and activities.
• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support.
