LifeStream Behavioral Center in Ocala, FL is seeking a licensed MS Therapist to provide high-quality mental health services. You will assess, diagnose, and create personalized treatment plans and deliver individual, group, and family therapy.

The role requires a Master’s degree in counseling/psychology/social work and current licensure in Florida, with a focus on evidence-based practices and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

• Ability to conduct assessments and provide appropriate interventions for clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients with diverse backgrounds and mental health conditions.
• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to ensure holistic client care.
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy to apply best practices.
• Adhere to ethical and legal guidelines in the provision of mental health services.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed to clients.
