Job summary

LifeStream Behavioral Center in Ocala, FL seeks a licensed MS Therapist to provide high-quality mental health services. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver individual, group, and family therapy to diverse clients.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, maintaining confidential records, collaborating with psychiatrists and social workers, and participating in supervision to advance clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related field.
• Current licensure as Mental Health Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida.
• At least two years of post-graduate clinical experience.
• Experience with individual, group, and family therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients.
• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress and adjust plans accordingly.
• Maintain confidential records of client interactions and progress notes.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers for holistic care.
• Participate in regular supervision to enhance clinical skills.
• Stay informed about latest research and apply best practices.
