Qualifications

• Active NMLS Mortgage Loan Officer license required.
• Strong communications, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to qualified mortgage leads and financing opportunities.
• Consult with homebuyers to understand their financial goals and homeownership needs.
• Educate borrowers on mortgage programs and home financing options.
• Pre-qualify and pre-approve qualified borrowers.
• Structure personalized mortgage loan solutions.
• Build relationships with borrowers, real estate agents, and referral partners.
• Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the mortgage and homebuying process.
• Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and operations to move loans toward closing.
• Deliver an exceptional borrower experience from application through closing.
