Qualifications

• Active NMLS license required.
• Proven experience originating and closing residential mortgage loans.
• Strong communication, organization, sales, and relationship-building skills.

• Customer-focused, driven, and motivated to help families achieve homeownership while growing production and income.

Responsibilities

• Convert qualified mortgage leads into funded loans through consistent follow-up.
• Guide borrowers through the mortgage application and loan process.
• Structure FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA loan programs based on borrower needs.
• Review financial documentation and ensure complete, accurate loan applications.
• Run AUS, review underwriting findings, and follow lending and compliance requirements.
• Prepare pre-approvals and pre-qualifications, lock rates, and price loans according to company guidelines.
• Manage the loan pipeline, meet closing deadlines, and achieve production goals.
• Maintain clear communication with borrowers, real estate agents, processors, underwriters, title companies, and insurance partners.
• Build relationships with realtors, builders, referral partners, and local communities to generate new and repeat business.
• Stay current on mortgage regulations, lending guidelines, market trends, and local real estate conditions.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual loan production goals.
