Qualifications

• Ability to obtain additional state licenses (licensing costs covered by employer).

Responsibilities

• Guide borrowers through the mortgage origination and refinance process from application to closing.
• Review loan applications, financial documentation, and supporting information.
• Educate clients on available loan products and financing options.
• Maintain proactive communication with borrowers throughout the lending process.
• Partner with processing and underwriting teams to ensure efficient loan closings.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable lending regulations and company policies.
• Deliver a high level of customer service and relationship management.
