The ideal candidate holds an active Arizona NMLS license and has strong knowledge of residential mortgage products, delivering exceptional customer service with proactive communication throughout the loan lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona NMLS license required.
• Mortgage Loan Officer experience required.
• Strong understanding of residential mortgage products and lending guidelines.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to obtain additional state licenses (licensing costs covered by employer).

Responsibilities

• Guide borrowers through the mortgage origination and closing process.
• Review loan applications, financial documentation, and supporting information.
• Educate clients on loan products and financing options.
• Maintain proactive communication with borrowers throughout the lending process.
• Partner with processing and underwriting teams to ensure efficient closings.
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and company policies.
• Deliver high level of customer service and relationship management.
