We are partnering with a well-established residential lending organization to identify a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer with an active Arizona NMLS license. This opportunity offers the ability to focus on guiding borrowers through the mortgage process rather than spending your time prospecting, cold calling, or building referral networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide borrowers through the mortgage origination and refinance process from application to closing
• Review loan applications, financial documentation, and supporting information
• Educate clients on available loan products and financing options
• Maintain proactive communication with borrowers throughout the lending process
• Partner with processing and underwriting teams to ensure efficient loan closings
• Ensure compliance with all applicable lending regulations and company policies
• Deliver a high level of customer service and relationship management
