Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university.
• Massachusetts LICSW licensure is required.
• Experience with assessments, treatment plans and clinical notes.

Responsibilities

• Assess mental health functioning and diagnose; create and implement treatment plans.
• Lead supervision for pre-licensed therapists and collaborate with teams.
• Provide excellent customer service and coordinate with families, schools and other staff.
• Document sessions per guidelines and participate in community outreach.
