Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Massachusetts LICSW licensure.
• Experience completing assessments, treatment plans and clinical notes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable boundaries with clients.
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services in a timely manner.
• Comfort and familiarity with a diverse client base.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and EHR systems; Valant a plus.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess mental health functioning, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans and reviews.
• Lead and provide supervision to pre-licensed therapists.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Utilize creative and personalized interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per guidelines.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical staff and school staff.
• Participate in Community Outreach and referral partnership development.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Opportunity to supervise other clinicians (for fully licensed therapists).
