Job summary

Ellie Mental Health Marlborough is seeking LMHC or LICSW Therapists to join our Marlborough practice full time. We offer a flexible schedule with in-person and Telehealth options, plus a supportive environment focused on client outcomes and staff wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences and licensure in progress.
• On-track licensure in designated field required or in progress.
• Experience documenting services and clinical case notes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement treatment plans with ongoing documentation.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a dynamic team to fill gaps in the community.
• Use creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
• Maintain a caseload of at least 26 client visits per week for full-time clinicians.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, school staff, and medical personnel.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Other duties as needed to support client care.
