Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university.
• Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW).
• Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable boundaries with clients.

Responsibilities

• Assess mental health functioning, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans and treatment plan reviews, complete ongoing documentation and case notes.
• Lead and provide supervision to pre-licensed therapists.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
• Utilize creative and personalized interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals.
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
• Actively participate in Community Outreach and referral partnership development to help build practice awareness in the community.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Opportunity to supervise other clinicians (for fully licensed therapists).
