Qualifications

• Master's degree in a human services field from an accredited university.
• Current clinical licensure (LAC, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.) is required.
• Minimum of two years psychiatric treatment experience; experience in individual, group, and family therapy.
• Knowledge of Arkansas regulations governing services to children, adolescents, and adults.
• Knowledge of educational, psychological and social service systems related to special education and behavior treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health modalities and develop treatment goals for targeted clients.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, cost-effective care aligned with UHS mission and regulatory requirements.
• Adapt therapy delivery to school, home, or clinic settings as needed.
• Maintain compliance with government regulation, licensing, and accreditation requirements.
