Job summary

Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient is seeking a part-time behavioral health therapist to provide therapies across diverse settings including clinic, school, and home. You will develop targeted treatment goals for various clients and ensure delivery of high-quality care in line with UHS standards.

The role emphasizes flexibility with scheduling and opportunities for professional development within the UHS family. A Master’s degree and licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in human services field; preferably social work.
• Current licensure (LPC or LCSW).
• At least two years of psychiatric treatment experience with individual, group, and family therapy.
• Knowledge of Arkansas regulations governing services to children, adolescents and adults preferred.
• Basic knowledge of educational, psychological and social service systems related to special education and behavior treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health modalities and develop treatment goals for targeted client populations.
• Deliver high-quality, cost-effective care in accordance with organizational policies.
• Offer therapy sessions in clinic, school, or home settings as needed.
