Mindful Therapy Group in Texas invites licensed clinicians to join a provider-centric model that lets you maintain clinical control while accessing infrastructure to launch and grow a long-term practice.

We offer office spaces in multiple Texas markets, referrals, marketing, credentialing, billing, scheduling, compliance, secure EHR, and ongoing supervision/coaching. You bring licensure, training, and a drive to build your private practice with a strong focus on in-person care.

Qualifications

• Active or pending independent clinical license in good standing.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field.
• Ability to independently assess, diagnose, develop treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy within your scope of practice.
• Commitment to high clinical, legal, and ethical standards.
• Consistency in availability and timely documentation.
• Willingness to participate in practice setup and coaching.
• Motivation to start and grow your own private practice.
• Required professional liability insurance and business credentials.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a private practice with Mindful Therapy Group infrastructure.
• Receive referrals, marketing, credentialing, billing, scheduling, and compliance support.
• Provide psychotherapy within your scope of practice.
• Offer in-person care across Texas markets as demand requires.

We have offices located in Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio.

Professional independence should not require therapists to manage every aspect of private practice alone.

Client demand for face-to-face care is high, and clinicians providing in-person services are filling their caseloads at more than twice the rate of telehealth-only providers. Mindful Therapy Group supports therapists in meeting that demand by combining professionally designed office spaces with the operational infrastructure needed to establish a strong local practice.

Providers can also continue developing beyond their client caseloads. Through ongoing professional development, business coaching, and our growing Supervision Program, qualified therapists may strengthen their clinical leadership while diversifying their work and income.
