Job summary

Mindful Therapy Group in Washington offers clinicians ownership of their private practice with the infrastructure and partnership to grow their clinical work.

We provide referrals, marketing, credentialing, billing, scheduling, technology, compliance, and ongoing business guidance to support a long-term practice, including access to professionally managed office spaces and supervision opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active or pending independent clinical license in good standing.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field.
• Ability to independently assess, diagnose, develop treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy within your scope of practice.
• Commitment to high clinical, legal, and ethical standards.
• Consistent availability and timely documentation.
• Willingness to participate in practice setup and coaching.
• Motivation to start and grow your own private practice.
• Required professional liability insurance and business credentials.
• Interest in providing consistent in-person care.

Please note: Applicants must reside in Washington to be considered for this position. We have offices located in the Greater Seattle Area, Bellevue, Lacey, Mountlake Terrace, Southcenter, Spokane, Tacoma, and Vancouver.

Professional independence should not require therapists to manage every aspect of private practice alone.

Mindful Therapy Group was founded to give clinicians another path. That support includes referrals, marketing, insurance credentialing, billing, scheduling, technology, compliance, and ongoing business guidance.

We are especially focused on expanding in-person availability across our markets. Client demand for face-to-face care is high, and clinicians providing in-person services are filling their caseloads at more than twice the rate of telehealth-only providers. Mindful Therapy Group supports therapists in meeting that demand by combining professionally designed office spaces with the operational infrastructure needed to establish a strong local practice.

Providers can also continue developing beyond their client caseloads. Through ongoing professional development, business coaching, and our growing Supervision Program, qualified therapists may strengthen their clinical leadership while diversifying their work and income.
