Mindful Therapy Group in Oregon seeks licensed therapists to join our provider-centric model, offering autonomy to run your own private practice with full infrastructure and ongoing coaching. We handle referrals, credentialing, billing, scheduling, and compliance so you can focus on care and growth.

Our offices across the Portland metro area, Bend, Clackamas, Eugene, Medford, and West Salem provide in-person access with professional spaces and secure EHR tools.

Qualifications

• Active or pending independent clinical license in good standing.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field.
• Ability to independently assess, diagnose, develop treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy.
• Commitment to high clinical, legal, and ethical standards.
• Consistent availability and timely documentation.

Please note: Applicants must reside in Oregon to be considered for this position. We have offices located in the Portland Metropolitan Area, Bend, Clackamas, Eugene, Medford, and West Salem.

A central part of our model is expanding access to in-person care. Client demand for face-to-face services is outpacing availability, and clinicians offering in-person appointments are filling their caseloads at more than twice the rate of telehealth-only providers. As their practices grow, providers receive continued professional development and business coaching. Qualified licensed therapists may also expand their leadership and income by supervising associate-level clinicians working toward independent licensure.
