Mindful Therapy Group is expanding and seeking licensed therapists to join our network of in-person care across Texas. We support therapists with a private-practice mindset, offering infrastructure, marketing, and referral support to grow their caseload.

We provide office spaces, professional development, and a supervision program to diversify practice and income while maintaining clinical autonomy and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Active or pending independent clinical license in good standing.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field.
• Ability to assess, diagnose, develop treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy.
• Commitment to high clinical, legal, and ethical standards.
• Willingness to participate in practice setup and coaching.
• Interest in providing consistent in-person care.

Responsabilités

• Provide psychotherapy within your scope of practice.

Please note: Applicants must reside in Texas to be considered for this position. We have offices located in Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio.

Providers can continue building their careers through ongoing professional development and business coaching. Qualified licensed therapists may also participate in our Supervision Program, creating opportunities to mentor associate-level clinicians while diversifying their professional work and income.
