Mindful Therapy Group invites licensed clinicians to join a provider-centric model that preserves clinical control while offering the infrastructure to grow a long-term private practice. We have offices across Texas and focus on expanding in-person availability to meet client demand.

Clinicians gain access to referrals, marketing, credentialing, billing, scheduling, technology, compliance, and ongoing business guidance, with professional supervision opportunities and a supportive practice setup.

Qualifications

• Active or pending independent license in good standing.
• Master's or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field.
• Ability to independently assess, diagnose, develop treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy within your scope of practice.
• Commitment to high clinical, legal, and ethical standards.
• Consistent availability and timely documentation.
• Willingness to participate in practice setup and coaching.
• Motivation to start and grow your own private practice.
• Required professional liability insurance and business credentials.

Please note: Applicants must reside in Texas to be considered for this position. We have offices located in Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio.

Professional independence should not require therapists to manage every aspect of private practice alone.

Mindful Therapy Group was founded to give clinicians another path. Our provider-centric model allows licensed therapists to maintain control over their clinical work while receiving the infrastructure needed to launch, manage, and grow a long-term practice. That support includes referrals, marketing, insurance credentialing, billing, scheduling, technology, compliance, and ongoing business guidance.

We are especially focused on expanding in-person availability across our markets. Client demand for face-to-face care is high, and clinicians providing in-person services are filling their caseloads at more than twice the rate of telehealth-only providers. Mindful Therapy Group supports therapists in meeting that demand by combining professionally designed office spaces with the operational infrastructure needed to establish a strong local practice.

Providers can also continue developing beyond their client caseloads. Through ongoing professional development, business coaching, and our growing Supervision Program, qualified therapists may strengthen their clinical leadership while diversifying their work and income.
