Job summary

The Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Therapist provides behavioral health modalities and develops specific treatment goals for diverse client populations, delivering high‑quality care in clinic settings and in school or home environments.

This role requires ensuring cost‑effective treatment in line with UHS mission and Arkansas laws, with licensure (LPC or LCSW) and a background in individual, group and family therapy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a Human Services field; preferred Social Work.
• Current LPC or LCSW licensure.
• Two years psychiatric treatment experience preferred; experience in individual, group, and family therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health modalities and develop specific treatment goals for targeted clients.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, cost-effective health care in line with mission, vision, and regulatory requirements.
