Job summary

New Directions Mental Health is seeking licensed therapists to join our collaborative team. You will provide outpatient individual and family therapy, conduct culturally sensitive assessments, and develop comprehensive treatment and crisis plans to support diverse clients in our community.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Educational background leading to professional licensing.
• Passionate about mental health and committed to high-quality care.
• Ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education.
• Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms.
• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other therapists.
