Columbia Mental Health is seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists to empower communities through accessible behavioral health care. Our collaborative clinical team prioritizes growth and licensure support to therapists working toward full licensure.

As a Therapist on our team, you will assess, provide outpatient therapy, and develop crisis and safety plans while collaborating with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff to deliver holistic care.

Formación

• Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Must hold a current and active professional license in Virginia and/or Maryland or be eligible for licensure by time of hire.
• Passionate about mental health and committed to high-quality care.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
