Job summary

New Directions Mental Health in Pennsylvania seeks licensed mental health therapists to deliver client-centered outpatient therapy within a collaborative clinical team. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to diverse communities.

Eligible clinicians will hold an active license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in Pennsylvania or be eligible for licensure by hire, with a dedication to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active PA license or eligibility for licensure by hire.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and treatment-plan completion.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other therapists.
