Job summary

New Directions Mental Health is seeking licensed mental health therapists to join our collaborative team in the behavioral health network. You will provide evidence-based outpatient therapy, case coordination, and crisis planning to a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field with licensing path.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and treatment plans; insurance authorization.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff for holistic care.
