Job summary

New Directions Mental Health is actively seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our team in Pennsylvania. We offer a collaborative environment with clinical and administrative support, designed to help you grow toward licensure while delivering humane, evidence-based care.

You will engage in individual and family therapy, develop crisis and wellness plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
• Active license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in Pennsylvania or eligibility by hire
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorizations
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and other therapists
