New Directions Mental Health in McKeesport, PA, is seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join a collaborative clinical team and support diverse communities. You will work with a multidisciplinary group to provide high-quality outpatient therapy and comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Current active license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in Pennsylvania or eligible for licensure by hire.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in mental health.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming and understanding environment for diverse backgrounds.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on clients' needs and circumstances.
• Develop crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to support stable functioning.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and other staff to provide holistic care.
