Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is seeking licensed or soon-to-be licensed therapists for Grapevine, TX to provide individual, family, and group therapy, including Telehealth options. The role emphasizes clinical documentation, coordinated care, and strong client-centered services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• Active or in-progress clinical licensure (LPC, LPC-S, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience with treatment plans, diagnostic assessments, and clinical documentation.
• Experience working with children, teens, and adolescents.
• Strong communication skills and professional boundaries.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Complete diagnostic assessments and individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain a caseload of 27+ sessions/week (for full-time clinicians).
• Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy services.
• Complete documentation according to company standards.
• Coordinate care with internal and external providers and supports.
• Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and required training.
