Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is seeking an Outpatient Therapist in Austin, TX to deliver high-quality mental health care within a values-driven environment. You will develop and implement treatment plans, document sessions, and collaborate with a dynamic team to expand access to care.

The role requires a master’s degree in a behavioral science field and licensure eligibility (e.g., LPC-Associate, MSW). A flexible schedule and supportive culture accompany competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college or university
• candidates should have clinical licensure such as LPC-Associate, MSW etc
• experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes
• proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems
• ability to work with a diverse client base

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create/implement treatment plans
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a team
• Use creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines
• Manage caseload targets for full-time status (25 visits/week)
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, school staff, and other Ellie staff
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings
