Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is expanding in Southeast Florida and seeking a Florida Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT or LMHC) to join our outpatient clinic. The role blends in-person care with telehealth options and centers on authentic, compassionate service with a focus on developing new professionals.

You’ll evaluate diagnoses, develop treatment plans, document sessions, and coordinate with families, schools, and other health professionals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college.
• On track to obtain licensure in their designated field.
• Florida licensure in LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP etc.
• Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate and model boundaries with clients.
• Ability to complete and submit documentation in a timely manner.
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
• Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant a plus).
• Fully Licensed Clinicians a plus for insurance panels.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation according to company policy.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to fulfill the mission.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.
• For Full‑Time status clinicians, maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Perform other duties as meaningful and important to the role.
