Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field and active licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis and safety plans, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff to deliver holistic care.
