Job summary

New Directions Mental Health, a Transformations Care Network member, seeks licensed mental health therapists to empower communities and support licensure goals. We offer growth in a collaborative clinical team that prioritizes development as candidates work toward licensure.

This role provides outpatient individual and family therapy, with supervision opportunities and a pathway to a rewarding career in behavioral health. Eligible for a $2,500 hiring incentive at this location.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Active PA license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) or eligibility by hire.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, admin staff, and fellow therapists.
