Job summary

Healthcare Recruiters International is seeking an independently licensed mental health therapist (LMHC or LMFT) to provide on-site care in post-acute and long-term care settings in Batesville, Indiana. The role is full-time, W2 employment with a 3.5-day weekly schedule and a starting annual compensation of $64,500.

The therapist will conduct assessments, provide individual psychotherapy, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across Batesville, Lawrenceburg, Greensburg, and Shelbyville,

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Indiana LMHC or LMFT license.
• Eligible for independent practice and billing.
• Six months to one year of psychotherapy experience.
• Older adult or post acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, establish diagnoses, and provide individual psychotherapy.
• Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment concerns, grief, and life transitions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Cover facilities in Batesville, Lawrenceburg, Greensburg, and Shelbyville.
