Charlie Health, Inc. is hiring licensed mental health clinicians to provide remote telehealth therapy to adolescents and young adults. The role emphasizes evidence-based modalities and compassionate, patient-centered care.

Provide telehealth services in a virtual setting with part-time or full-time W-2 arrangements. Evening and weekend availability may be required, with a supportive team and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician in NH.
• Licensure or pre-licensure in NH is required for independent or associate practice.
• Experience with teens and young adults preferred.
• Comfort with cloud-based tools and telehealth platforms.

Compensation

• Full-Time Salary: $48,000-$70,000 Part-Time Rate: $49-$67/hour

About The Role

Charlie Health is hiring a few exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide remote, telehealth services to our adolescent and young adult clients. We’re eager to work with forward-thinking mental health and substance use professionals to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care to our clients.

Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting. Positions available as part-time or full-time W-2.

• Part-Time: Minimum 12 hours/week; flexible scheduling
• Full-Time: 40 hours/week; evening and Saturday availability required

About You

• Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)
• Experienced with teens and young adults
• Passionate and skilled in group services
• Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
• Available evenings to meet client needs
• Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis

Qualifications

• Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician (all disciplines welcome)
• Master’s degree in mental health or related fieldExperience with youth/young adults highly preferred
• Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
• Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
