The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC) for a fully remote, part-time role, based in California. Qualifications

Compensation: $50/hour
Our organization partners with school districts to provide vital mental health services tailored to students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). We support over 1,000 students across 35 districts, and we are looking for a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to guide and mentor our counseling team while ensuring high standards of care and compliance.

- Deliver weekly individual and group supervision to pre-licensed clinicians, ensuring adherence to professional and ethical guidelines
- Support the growth of clinical staff by providing mentorship and evidence-based training
- Provide additional support to your team as needed throughout the week
- Oversee case documentation, perform audits, and ensure adherence to established standards and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate on the design and implementation of mental health initiatives that meet school and community needs
- Conduct performance assessments, deliver constructive feedback, and oversee annual staff evaluations
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
- Active California licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist
- At least two years of post-licensure experience; supervisory experience preferred
- Familiarity with diverse populations and diagnoses
- Prior experience working with children and adolescents strongly preferred
- Strong ability to train, motivate, and guide a team toward success
