Qualifications

• MA degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Counseling with licensure.
• 2+ years of related mental health assessment and therapy experience with children
• Experience with trauma-informed care and serving underserved communities, DC: 0-5 training preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and develop treatment plans for children and families.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to promote emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain clinical documentation per licensing and agency guidelines.
