Job summary

The Amherst H. Wilder Foundation seeks an MA Licensed Mental Health Professional or Clinical Trainee to join a team delivering school- and in-home mental health services in St. Paul, MN.

You will assess clients, develop treatment plans, provide therapy, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining documentation and licensing compliance. Qualifications

• MA degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Counseling with licensure (LICSW/LMFT/LPCC) required.
• At least 2 years of related mental health assessment/therapy experience with children ages 0-12; family therapy experience preferred.
• Trauma-informed care and cultural responsiveness experience preferred; DC: 0-5 training or willingness to train within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, develop treatment plans and deliver therapeutic interventions in schools and/or in-home.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and support for clients and families.
• Maintain clinical documentation per licensing and agency guidelines; evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as needed.
