Qualifications

The Licensed Mental Health Professional will provide comprehensive mental health services to individuals, families, and groups, aiming to improve their emotional and psychological well-being. This role involves conducting thorough assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to diverse client needs. The professional will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and continuity of support. They will also maintain accurate documentation and comply with all legal, ethical, and organizational standards. Ultimately, this position is critical in fostering resilience, promoting mental health awareness, and supporting clients in achieving their personal goals and improved quality of life.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Valid and current license as a Mental Health Professional (e.g., Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in the United States.
  • Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field.
  • Demonstrated experience providing clinical mental health services in a professional setting.
  • Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and ethical standards.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with diverse populations including children, adults, and underserved communities.
  • Training or certification in specialized therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities to better serve diverse client groups.
  • Experience in crisis intervention and case management.
