Job summary

Wilder is seeking a MA Licensed Mental Health Professional to join a team focused on accessible mental health services for children and families in St. Paul, MN. You will provide assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions in schools or in-home settings.

The role requires licensure (LICSW/LMFT/LPCC) or eligibility, 2+ years of child-focused experience, and experience with trauma-informed care. Join Wilder’s mission to improve community well-being and equity.

Qualifications

• MA degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Counseling with licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of related mental health assessment and therapy with children ages 0-12.
• Experience with family therapy and Early Childhood attachment.
• DC: 0-5 training or willingness to complete within 3 months of hire.
• Trauma-informed care and serving underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and develop treatment plans for children and families.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to promote emotional well-being.
• Provide therapy in schools and/or in-home.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain clinical documentation per licensing and agency guidelines.
