Job summary
Behavioral Health Network (BHN) in Western Massachusetts seeks a Licensed Mental Health Clinician to join the Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) team. You will oversee clinical operations, coordinate care, and develop treatment plans with the care team to empower individuals served to live healthier lives.
The role requires a Master’s in a mental health field, active licensure (LCSW/LICSW/LMHC), and at least 2 years in human services.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in a mental health related field is required.
- Clinical licensure (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC) is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in the Human Service field.
Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations and coordinate care for all individuals in the ACCS program.
- Develop treatment plans for each individual in coordination with the care team.
- Monitor interventions of outreach and direct care staff per the treatment plan.
- Provide direct assessments and develop clinical interventions.
- Ensure services meet DMH and ACCS standards and funding requirements.
- Produce documentation clearly and in alignment with best practices.
