Job summary

Mental Health America of Los Angeles seeks licensed LMSWs or Resident Counselors to join our clinical team in Virginia. You’ll provide individual, group, and family therapy, with Telehealth options and a supportive leadership team.

We offer guaranteed pay for the first 4 weeks to ramp up, clinical supervision at no cost, diverse patient exposure, flexible hours, and ongoing development. Excellent benefits and a clear path to leadership are available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or a behavioral sciences field from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed mental health professional in Virginia.
• Experience with DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation.
• Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
