Job summary

Mental Health America of Los Angeles in Montgomery County, MD is seeking licensed therapists to join our outpatient team, offering a flexible schedule and Telehealth options. Start quickly with an initial ramp-up period and guaranteed pay during ramp.

You will evaluate diagnoses, develop treatment plans, maintain a caseload, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and provide individual, family, and group therapy. MD license required; master’s in social work or related field preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related behavioral sciences field from an accredited program.
• Licensed mental health professional in Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create/implement treatment plans with ongoing documentation.
• Maintain a caseload of ~25 client sessions per week.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Coordinate services with families, school personnel, and other staff as needed.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
