Job summary
Mental Health America of Los Angeles is seeking LMSW or Resident Counselor therapists to provide individual, group, and play therapies, including Telehealth options. Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work or a behavioral science from an accredited college or university.
- Licensed mental health professional in the state of Virginia.
- Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and document case notes.
- Maintain a caseload of about 25 client sessions per week.
- Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve goals.
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, and school personnel.
- Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
