Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with enrollment in Medicare Advantage, Supplements, and Part D plans
  • Educate beneficiaries on benefits, eligibility, and carrier options
  • Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines and carrier-specific policies
  • Work independently on a flexible schedule.
