Business Consultant Role

Business Consultants are responsible for an assigned portfolio of Franchisees. They collaborate with Franchisees to set and achieve goals for their networks, focusing on sales, profits, and network growth. The role emphasizes coaching and influencing Franchise organizations to deliver a consistent and safe brand experience, achieve same-store growth, and prepare for additional unit expansion.

Location: Ideally based in Orlando, Florida.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Achieve operational and business performance goals for their portfolio, as set by regional leaders.
  2. Facilitate Annual Planning and Business Review processes with Franchisees to assess past performance and align on future goals, focusing on sales, profitability, and network growth while maintaining brand standards. Develop coaching plans through regular check-ins.
  3. Analyze data and analytics to guide Franchisee actions, interpret data for coaching, and monitor progress on commitments.
  4. Support Franchisees in remodeling and new restaurant construction, ensuring milestones are met and operational standards are maintained. Provide support during remodels and openings.
  5. Coordinate communication between Franchisees and cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, growth, and operational excellence.
  6. Assist with updates on operational initiatives and marketing rollouts, supporting the execution of regional marketing plans.
  7. Conduct restaurant evaluations as needed based on review processes or other indicators.
  8. Partner with the Field Training Team to coordinate franchisee training support.
  9. Manage G&A expenses within regional parameters and complete administrative duties promptly.
Education and Experience
  • Minimum: High School diploma or GED.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 5 years in supervisory management or multi-unit operations at district level.
  • Prior leadership experience.
