Alliant Insurance Services is hiring a Licensed Agent for our Sizeland Medicare office in Brighton, Michigan. The role focuses on assisting retirees and families with Medicare planning, life insurance, and retirement income strategies, using sales scripts to educate and provide solutions.

Responsibilities include promoting products, handling inbound/outbound calls, updating records in Lead Advantage, and complying with sales rules.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three or more years in general insurance industry or related field (financial services, marketing, or call center) experience.
Life/Health Insurance license.

Responsibilities

Promote the company's product portfolio and provide service to consumers.
Respond to consumer inquiries via calls both inbound and outbound as well as internet inquiries.
Deliver prepared sales scripts to educate, inform and provide solutions to potential customers. Describe solutions for individual sales situations.
Communicate with consumers regularly regarding product information, rate changes and key benefits.
Monitor compliance with program reporting rules and sales requirements.
Update and maintain Lead Advantage System in accordance with policies and procedures.
Document each and every consumer contact with detailed notes.
Work collaboratively with fellow staff to advance the values and mission of the organization and Senior Market Sales by serving on relevant internal and external committees.
Assists with special projects/assignments as requested by members of management.
Perform all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates.
Performs other duties as assigned.
