Job summary

Jobot is seeking a lead mechanical engineer to oversee design and commissioning for healthcare and critical infrastructure projects in Grand Rapids. You will direct HVAC, plumbing, medical gas, fire protection, and temperature controls, and mentor engineers while building client relationships.

The role combines technical leadership with business development and operations management, with PE licensure or credentialing in progress.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical or architectural engineering.
• At least 15 years of mechanical engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain one.
• Business development experience and experience managing engineers or office operations.
