Summary of Job Duties: This position involves working four 10-hour shifts (Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat). The Licensed Master Social Worker will assist patients and families, provide individual, group, and family therapy, and develop treatment plans within the Psychiatric Research Institute's adult inpatient units. Services are provided through the Psychiatric Consultation Liaison Service.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Social Work
• Licensed as a Master Social Worker (LMSW) by the Arkansas Professional Board

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two years of experience in behavioral health
• Required CPI and CPR certifications before hire

Additional Responsibilities:

• Provide psychosocial assistance, crisis intervention, and assessments
• Investigate child abuse or neglect cases and take protective actions
• Assist with patient education, coping strategies, and community advocacy
• Refer clients to community resources and complete other duties as assigned

Salary: Commensurate with education and experience
