• Summary of Job Duties: This position involves working three 12-hour shifts (Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon) with additional coverage on Tuesday evenings (remote option). The Licensed Social Worker will assist patients and families, conduct individual, group, and family therapy, and develop treatment plans. Services are provided through the Psychiatric Consultation Liaison Service.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work
• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) by an Arkansas Professional Board
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in acute, adult mental health
• Two years of behavioral health experience
• CPR and CPI certifications (required upon hire)

Additional Information

• Organize support groups, advocate for patients, and assist with education and coping strategies.
• Investigate child abuse or neglect cases and take protective actions when necessary.
• Intervene in crises and conduct needs assessments.
• Provide psychosocial assistance related to financial, housing, transportation, food, and medications under supervision.
