Welltel is expanding its behavioral health program in New York. The LMSW will provide telehealth therapy to FQHC patients, perform assessments, and help shape workflows while collaborating with leadership.

The role offers a full-time schedule, mentorship, supervision toward licensure, and competitive compensation in the $70,000–$75,000 range with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active LMSW license in New York State.
• Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Strong basic tech skills: comfortable with email, video calls, and electronic records.
• Experience with telemedicine platforms, or able to learn them quickly.
• Experience providing therapy and behavioral health services.
• Understanding of FQHC patient populations and their needs.

About This Role

Welltel is growing its behavioral health program. We need a caring LMSW who wants to help build something real. You will work closely with our leadership and help shape how we care for our patients.

What You Will Do

• Provide therapy to our FQHC patients by telehealth (in office)
• Do patient assessments and ongoing therapy sessions
• Help build program protocols, screening steps, and workflows
• Work with the care team to find patients who need behavioral health support
• Keep clear, timely notes in our electronic systems

Must Have

• Active LMSW license in New York State
• Bilingual (English and Spanish strongly preferred)
