Job summary

Welltel is seeking a Spanish-speaking Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our Behavioral Health Program for telehealth-based therapy in an office setting. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday and offers a salary between $70,000 and $75,000 per year.

You will provide therapy to FQHC patients, complete assessments, and help shape program protocols while collaborating with leadership to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active LMSW license in New York State.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Strong basic tech skills: comfortable with email, video calls, and electronic records.
• Experience with telemedicine platforms.
• Experience providing therapy and behavioral health services.
• Understanding of FQHC patient populations and their needs.

Welltel is growing its behavioral health program. We need a caring LMSW who wants to help build something real. You will work closely with our leadership and help shape how we care for our patients.

What You Will Do

Must Have
